What does it mean?

I saw a double rainbow on the way home from work today. 
You know what that means....

    I can't imagine how excited he must get over other things in life. "Oh my god, A double rainbow...Over my FRONT LAWN!!!!" hahaha, thanks for this.

    Awesome experience! The Lord God showed him this because He knew that this person would appreciate the symbol of God's covenant!
