Friday, January 7, 2011

Yup, you heard me.
This Glenna Jean Antique Jack Sculpture from All Modern can be yours to keep.  Just add the Eagle's Nest to the blogs you follow (if you haven't already) and leave a comment below letting us know how you'd use your extra large jack.  Perhaps you have a giant friend looking for the perfect plaything. Or maybe you just need a large paperweight for your desk.
Here's an idea from House Beautiful
No matter how you choose to use it, drop me a line and you'll be entered to win.  You can get a second entry if you follow the Eagle's Nest through Facebook's Networked Blogs app.

* Contest will be open until Midnight PST on Thursday, January 13, 2011. Contest is open to US residents only.

* The winner will be randomly selected and announced on this website on Friday, January 14. Please check back to see if you have won, or leave your email address with comment. The winner will need to contact jess@nesteaglerock.com to provide name and shipping address.

  1. I would put it on my console in my entry way, that I have yet to buy. So if I win this then I will have to buy a console finally.

  3. I think it could look pretty as a center piece on the dining rooms table, with minature jacks surrounding it. Love the chipped white color!

  4. I would find ledges all over my house and place the jack precariously close to the edge of said ledges. Whenever someone bumped it and it fell, I would yell "jack off!"

  6. I'd use it in the bath tub for when I play "Storming the Beaches of Normandy" with my toy soldiers.

  7. Since our cats manage to destroy anything decorative that is fragile, Stephen and I could use some unbreakable home decor.

  16. I would put this on my desk at school as a paperweight, and get extra laughs when I tell my students that it is a puzzle they have to 'unlock.'

  17. My son is named Jack, so this would definitely go on the bookshelf in his room -- but high enough so that he can't knock it down!
